Spineri is a Merlot Veneto I.G.P. Here there is a rediscovered place: wild in the past, now pacified. In Spinèri area there were thorns and wild herbs, a lazaret and shadows of brigands. From Spinèri come out the quiet transparencies you see shine in filigree: a new identity of a wine made in few clods, tamed to let a fruit grow up in a completely unique and special way.

  • AREA OF PRODUCTION: Busco di Ponte di Piave (TV).
  • SOIL: medium texture that tend to a clay soil, rich in calcareous concretions.
  • VARIETY: cru of Merlot 100%.
  • TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot (5600 vines per hectare).
  • HARVEST PERIOD: end of September.
  • FERMENTATION: perfectly ripe grapes are left in stainless steel vats for a 15 days maceration. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred for a brief stay in cement vats. Aging in barrique for 18 months, till microbiological stability is achieved. This wine isn’t subject to any kind of static or dynamic subtraction.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14 % vol.
  • TOTAL ACIDITY: 5,82 g/l.
  • SUGAR: 0,12 g/l.


  • COLOUR: intense ruby red.
  • BOUQUET: blackberry jam, cherries under spirits, chocolate, oriental spices, slight balsamic notes.
  • FLAVOUR: in the mouth it is enveloping and persistent. Clean to the palate also in the aftertaste. Slight toasted notes of coffee.
  • FOOD PAIRINGS: try this wine freely. Create the food match that you prefer, but taste it in company.
  • SERVING TEMPERATURE: to appreciate fully the organoleptic characteristics of this wine, it is recommended to enjoy it at a temperature of about 18 ºC after having carried out a proper oxygenation.
