TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- AREA OF PRODUCTION: Busco di Ponte di Piave (TV).
- SOIL: medium texture that tend to a clay soil, rich in calcareous concretions.
- VARIETY: Verduzzo trevigiano 100%.
- TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot (5600 vines per hectare).
- HARVEST PERIOD: second half of September.
- FERMENTATION: 80.
- FERMENTATION: soft pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in cement vats with selected yeasts. Then aging on fine lees. Refinement in bottle.
- ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,50 % vol.
- TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,14 g/l.
- SUGAR: 1,82 g/l.
SENSORIAL QUALITIES
- COLOUR: intense straw yellow.
- BOUQUET: scents of almond and delicate white flowers.
- FLAVOUR: bitter almond, typical of this grape variety. In the mouth it is fresh and enveloping; persistent.
- FOOD PAIRINGS: try this wine freely. Create the food match that you prefer, but taste it in company.
- SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C.
