    TECHNICAL INFORMATION

  • AREA OF PRODUCTION: Busco di Ponte di Piave (TV).
  • SOIL: medium texture that tend to a clay soil, rich in calcareous concretions.
  • VARIETY: Verduzzo trevigiano 100%.
  • TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot (5600 vines per hectare).
  • HARVEST PERIOD: second half of September.
  • FERMENTATION: 80.
  • FERMENTATION: soft pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in cement vats with selected yeasts. Then aging on fine lees. Refinement in bottle.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,50 % vol.
  • TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,14 g/l.
  • SUGAR: 1,82 g/l.

    SENSORIAL QUALITIES

  • COLOUR: intense straw yellow.
  • BOUQUET: scents of almond and delicate white flowers.
  • FLAVOUR: bitter almond, typical of this grape variety. In the mouth it is fresh and enveloping; persistent.
  • FOOD PAIRINGS: try this wine freely. Create the food match that you prefer, but taste it in company.
  • SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C.
